Cindy Melcher started in the insurance business in 1995. After becoming a licensed agent, she continued her education obtaining the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to provide exceptional service and product knowledge.
Cindy oversees our AIG Private Client Group clients providing personal and attentive service. AIG provides a variety of insurance products and risk management services designed to enhance protection and minimize threats to the personal wealth of high net worth individuals. In addition, Cindy's expertise includes farm/ranch and equine mortality as well as a variety of commercial insurance products.
Cindy was recently promoted of Vice President of Agency Operations providing support and direction to our various areas of expertise.

Allison Fredricksen worked for PMT for 2 years before leaving to obtain her Bachelors degree at the University of California at Berkeley (Go Bears!). After graduation she returned to PMT and found the transition only difficult when it comes to her boss' unfathomable pride for UCLA.
Allison currently provides service to the California State Horsemen's Association (CSHA), EAGAL:A and equine club programs. The CSHA is designed to unite the "...pleasure horse industry, to meet the challenges of local, state, and national legislative issues." EAGALA which stands for Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association focuses on the use of horses for therapy.
