In order to ensure that you and your club are protected without a lapse in coverage, we recommend that you follow these three renewal steps at least a month before your policy expires:

Step 1:	Please fully complete a Renewal Application Need Adobe to view the form click on the icon ===>>>
Step 2:	Please include a brief narrative on all club fundraising and non-equine events you plan to have during the next policy period.
Final Step:	Fax information to (800) 531-5692. Please provide a copy of your membership roster. It can be mailed separately.
