1. Farmowners - Farm Dwelling Application: 1 - Farm Owners App
  This policy provides coverage similar to a homeowners policy but tailored to the exposures on a farm dwelling. The policy provides coverage for the residence, related private structures, personal property, additional living costs and loss of rent, farm barns, buildings and structures, scheduled and unscheduled farm personal property.

Stable Liability

  
  Provides liability coverage for the insured for bodily injury or property damage to others as a result of the insured's horse-related activities. Coverage is on an occurrence basis for riding schools, trainers, clinics, horse shows/sales, boarding, breeding or show stables, private horse owners and riding clubs.

3. Care, Custody or Control Application: 5 - CCC NonOwned Horses
  This policy provides coverage to the insured for legal liability arising out of the injury to or death of a horse not owned by the insured, but in his/her care, custody or control. There are 14 options available for limits and the rating is based on the average number of horses. The base rate is 20 horses.
4. Farm Umbrella Applicaton: 4 - Farm Umbrella
  Provides umbrella liability limits up to a $3,000,000 limit when the required limits on the underlying policy are met. This is a true umbrella policy and not a following form excess policy. The insured must be domiciled in the United States and American Bankers must write the Farmowners and Stableowners Liability. The underlying automobile carrier must have an AM Best rating of A- or better and the minimum limit for all underlying policies is $500,000.
